Når husene ble satt opp har Vikinghus rapportert inn for lavt areal på leilighetene.
Tyrkia har innvilget amnesti for gamle synder på innbereting av areal og ulovlige byggverk. Dette er regulert som en endring av Artikkel 16 i bygningsloven. Alle ulovlige byggverk som er satt opp før 31.12.2017 kan få amnesti for ulovlige utvidelser osv, dette forutsetter at alle papirer er innsendt før 31.10.2018, og at alle gebyrer er betalt innen 31.12.2018. Alle eierne i VR må dermed betale inn et beløp som gir amnesti for å få bøkene i orden. Frist for dette er 31.10.2018. Mye info kan også finnes på de forskjellige Facebook sidene for Kemer og Camyuva. Vi vet ikke hvordan dette vil bli håndtert i fremtiden slik at det absuolutt tryggeste er å få dette i orden. Noan av beboerne har benyttet en arkitekt som heter Azad Dincer, og han kan ordne dette uten at du behøver å dra til Tyrkia. Dette krever fullmakt, oversatt pass osv, og at dette stemples av Notarius i Norge og sendes nedover. På vikingrepublic.no/nyttig-info/ er det lagt ut to dokumenter fra advokaten på dette.

It seems that VikingHouse has registered the apartments as smaller than they actually are, to get the property offices and registrations up to date they have granted amnesty if you pay an amount before 21.12.2018
Provisional Article 16 has been added to the Construction Law to regulate zoning amnesty in Turkey. This regulation aims to record of the unlicensed structures or the licensed structure that are built against its licences and annexes. The constructions that are built prior to 31.12.2017 can obtain Construction Registration Certificate provided that the application is made to the authorised institution before 31.10.2018. Owner or the representative of the owner can submit the application for the Construction Registration Certificate through e-state (e-devlet) system and the Construction Registration Form must be filled. The registration fee shall be calculated based on the declaration of the property owner and to be paid before 31.12.2018
Some of the owners have already contacted with an architect for the application. Based on the survey, unfortunately it was found out that our apartments do not comply with the actual plans in Municipality. Therefore the properties must be measured and the parts that do not exist on the plans must be declared and the calculated amount must be paid to the government.
Since, the Provision Article 16 contains a statutory date for the application which is 31.10.2018, for the owners who would not be visiting to Camyuva until that date, might contact with an architect. Some have used Mr. Azad Dincer. Moe info can be found on vikingrepublic.no/nyttig-info/ POA’s must be signed by the owners before the Notaries, stamped, apostilled and sent to Turkey.
