It seems that VikingHouse has registered the apartments as smaller than they actually are, to get the property offices and registrations up to date they have granted amnesty if you pay an amount before 21.12.2018
Provisional Article 16 has been added to the Construction Law to regulate zoning amnesty in Turkey. This regulation aims to record of the unlicensed structures or the licensed structure that are built against its licences and annexes. The constructions that are built prior to 31.12.2017 can obtain Construction Registration Certificate provided that the application is made to the authorised institution before 31.10.2018. Owner or the representative of the owner can submit the application for the Construction Registration Certificate through e-state (e-devlet) system and the Construction Registration Form must be filled. The registration fee shall be calculated based on the declaration of the property owner and to be paid before 31.12.2018
Some of the owners have already contacted with an architect for the application. Based on the survey, unfortunately it was found out that our apartments do not comply with the actual plans in Municipality. Therefore the properties must be measured and the parts that do not exist on the plans must be declared and the calculated amount must be paid to the government.?
Since, the Provision Article 16 contains a statutory date for the application which is 31.10.2018, for the owners who would not be visiting to Camyuva until that date, might contact with an architect.
